GREG COPPS is a founding principal and partnered with long time colleague, Lawrence Shaw, SIOR, to establish CLARUS PROPERTIES, Inc. in 2005.
Mr. Copps specializes in industrial lease/sale transactions and investment sales. He has over 23 years of real estate
experience with extensive experience in dispositions, development services, land sales, investment sales, build-to-suits
and tenant representation. Mr. Copps continues to rank in the top five industrial producers year after year for the
Charlotte Metropolitan Area.
LAWRENCE SHAW is a founding principal
and partnered with long time colleague Greg Copps, SIOR, to establish CLARUS PROPERTIES, Inc. in 2005. Mr. Shaw
specializes in investment sales, industrial lease, sale transactions, and fee development. He has over 16 years of real
estate experience with extensive experience in dispositions, development services, land sales, investment sales,
build-to-suits and tenant representation. Mr. Shaw continues to rank in the top five industrial producers year after
year for the Charlotte Metropolitan Area.
EDWARD "TEDDY" CHAPMAN joined Clarus Properties in June of 2006. Mr. Chapman, SIOR, specializes in industrial property transactions and assists his clients with a range of services including landlord and tenant representation, lease negotiations, site searches, and facility acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Chapman has over 7 years of experience working with industrial properties throughout North and South Carolina. In that time frame he has been involved in 36 different transactions with a total value in excess of $100 million.
GRANT MILLER joined Clarus Properties in March of 2008. As an SIOR candidate, Mr. Miller specializes in regional industrial property transactions and assists his clients with a range of services including tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiations, build to suits, site searches, and facility acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Miller has 7 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial real estate throughout North and South Carolina.
